The focus is on energy security, critical infrastructure and grid modernization, followed by country and technology sessions and presentations of concrete projects.
How do we finance it?
It brings together public and private capital to discuss what makes projects bankable, which financing mechanisms are available, and how investment-ready projects can move toward implementation.
At the heart of the concept is the Project Marketplace, supported by pre-arranged B2B meetings and investor–project deal rooms.
A particular ambition for 2026 is to strengthen connections between Southeast Europe and both European and U.S. investors, institutions and companies, creating practical opportunities for cross-border investment and project development.
