The energy transition depends on two equally important forces: investment in strategic infrastructure and meaningful engagement at the local level.
This year’s programme brings these perspectives together through two complementary initiatives. Energy & Investment Days focuses on advancing
strategic energy and infrastructure projects by connecting governments, international financial institutions, investors, companies and project
developers. In parallel, the EUKI Final Conference highlights the role of energy communities, local partnerships and citizen participation in delivering
the transition on the ground.
Together, the two programmes reflect a shared objective: to accelerate a secure, resilient and inclusive energy transition by linking regional investment
priorities with local implementation and participation.
A particular ambition for 2026 is to strengthen connections between Southeast Europe and both European and U.S. investors, institutions and
companies, creating practical opportunities for cross-border investment and project development.
